Jack, 16, was severely injured in a check from behind hit into the boards during a game on December 30^th. Jack was playing in his sophomore year at Benilde-St. Margaret’s High School. 

Funds will be raised for Jack through the sale of t-shirts, bracelets and pins.  Monetary donations will also be accepted.  All proceeds will be given directly to the Jack Jablonski Fund.

“Black Out the Ice for Jack”
100% of Friday night's Chuck-A-Puck proceeds will be donated to Jack's Fund on behalf of the Austin Bruins.
